Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The product you will receive will reflect what you have ordered.

Screen settings vary on every device so the item colour may appear different in person.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

This will be sent to you via email after you have placed your order. 

Please note this is not a VAT invoice as we are not VAT registered.

How can I return an item?

All products are handmade with care and we inspect items before dispatching so there shouldn't be any issues. 

If you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

All our products are handmade and made to order so we shouldn't ever run out of stock.

If you do find something which appears out of stock, please contact us so we can correct the error.

Where can I ship my order?

We provide shipping to most countries, though we cannot ship to all.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for ensuring the address and postcode is correct. 

Wokerati Party cannot be held responsible for any shipping and delivery delays if incorrect information has been submitted.
